Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are:

  • Compassionate, dependable, and respectful

  • Comfortable working one-on-one with clients

  • Able to follow instructions and care plans

  • Willing to learn and grow in the caregiving field

  • Professional and committed to ethical care

Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not always required. Training opportunities may be available.

Employment Requirements (for caregivers)

Applicants must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Be authorized to work in the United States

  • Complete required PSS training (or be willing to complete upon hire)

  • Hold or obtain CPR & First Aid certification

  • Pass required background checks, including criminal, APS, and CPS (as applicable)

  • Meet health and safety requirements

  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and compassion

  • Be able to follow care plans and agency policies

  • Have reliable transportation (as applicable)
