Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are:

Able to follow instructions and care plans

Willing to learn and grow in the caregiving field

Professional and committed to ethical care
Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not always required. Training opportunities may be available.
Employment Requirements (for caregivers)
Applicants must:

Be 18 years of age or older
-
Be authorized to work in the United States
-
Complete required PSS training (or be willing to complete upon hire)

Hold or obtain CPR & First Aid certification
-
Pass required background checks, including criminal, APS, and CPS (as applicable)

Meet health and safety requirements

Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and compassion

Be able to follow care plans and agency policies

Have reliable transportation (as applicable)
